Let's Talk Bearcat Basketball - Podcast Ep 3

You guys know those friends that are big bearcat fans but really have no idea about Bearcats basketball or college basketball in general? Well, imagine if those friends started a podcast about Bearcat basketball. That's what this is. Props for trying but it would need to get a lot better very quickly.
 
They may never get the constructive criticism until they come back to post their next show. I don't even know if either of them have posted on this board other than to put a link here.

We will see if they respond to any of this...
 
I've heard with podcasting it's not a bad idea to do at least 10 episodes that you never release just to practice your rhythm and work out the kinks. Maybe this would have benefitted these guys, I dunno.
 
I actually love the Skinny podcast but I'm also a huge podcast fan in general.
I listen to about 7 on a regular weekly basis, some better than others.

I'm kinda a college basketball junkie and generally spend every car ride too and from work listening to podcasts

We are still trying to find the right balance between informative, yet also entertaining. We have heard from a good amount of casual fans who are more into this season so far because of the podcast. People on this forum are the most informed, so you all will be the most critical, which we expect and encourage.

We also plan to start moving to weekly episodes. We think the benefit will be deeper dives into games and can discuss more current news than the current setup which is every 2 weeks.

Frankly this most recent episode was a bit rushed as Meek was out of the country for two weeks and we wanted to get something out there before too much time went by.

Bearcat_NTS and others….If it’s not for you, it’s not for you…. Thanks for giving us a listen either way

After the new year we will also have a few guests.
Will also be a bit more active on the boards here.
