I wont rant with a long post here even though I want to, but I am boycotting the Buffalo Wild Wings in Milford and would like other Bearcat fans too as well. The GM of that store today switched the Bearcat bowl game off a TV to show the UK-U of L game. There were about 20 of us watching the game in front of that big screen and she accomodated a table of two to watch that game and told me she would put it on a smaller screen for me, but she was not putting the UC game back over to the closest big screen even though there were four tables of fans sitting there. I simply explained to her that this is Cincinnati and a Cincinnati game should take precedent in Cincinnati over an out of market game, especially when we were already watching it and were mid game. She stood by her guns and we walked out and I will never set foot in there again. It had been an in the middle place to meet with friends a few times a year for road games. No more, someone else will get my money. Stuff like this irritates me to no end. Bearcat fans need to stand up and make this our town.

She must have seen the score, haha! Just kidding, if there were lots of Bearcat fans there, I'd say you have a right to be peeved. If she truly cared about the customers, since it sounds like most were UC fans, she would've let the, keep watching.

You should write a letter to corporate. They need to know what their franchisees are doing.

Already did. We already had to quit going to the Crossroads, now Eli's, in Mason about five years ago because one gameday they didn't have any bartenders/staff that knew how to change the TV's and therefore couldn't put the UC game on. We had many issues with that place about getting UC games on, they just didn't like to change their TV's. While that was bad enough I find it worse that a manager would basically tell you that you are less important than another customer. She obviously doesn't have good customer service skills. To me if you're running a bar that you fancy as a sports bar (and I think we can all agree BW's fits that mold) then there are certain rules you need to follow. First and foremost your local teams gets first precedent on the TV's. Any secondary game someone wants to watch you find a TV to put it on where you can sit them for that game. They had that game coming on another big screen and three tables open in front of that TV. Instead she turned off the game in front of 20 UC fans who had already been eating and drinking and midway through a game to accomodate two guys who asked to put it on and didn't see a problem with it. I'm waiting to hear what B-dubs has to say about it. I'm sure they'll offer me free food, but I won't give them that satisfaction.

Kudos to you! Stick to your principles!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont go there because their chicken is awful. This will be another reason.

But then again, its bdubs. The same company that decided to mute its own Buffalo Wild Wings bowl game for the UFC fight. Im sure corporate isnt to happy about that one

i know when i want to watch a cleveland browns game, i go to the browns bar, not bw3s...i am not sure if Uk or UL bars exist, but i am sure there are plenty of places to watch that game...personally, i would never walk into a bar, observe several fans of a particular watching a screen, and ask to have my preferred game be broadcast...the manager had poor business sense, and the uk fan was, as i have come to expect, rude and self absorbed...

And I am still yet to receive a response from them. I sent them an email Saturday night and got a form response acknowledging receipt. I know nothing will come of this other than to just frustrate me even more, but as a wise man once said if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.

David if you want to eat out and watch the game in the Mason area try Quatmans, good burger and I guarantee they will put the game on for you. If you just want a burger try Terry's turf Club.

I will have to check that place out sometime. We meet in Milford because the one guy lives down near Kellogg Ave. and it is in the middle. We watched the Memphis game at Greenies in Milford off Rt. 28. We were the only people there at the time, but when I went in and asked to have the game on the manager asked what TV and he would put it on anywhere. Then I asked to have the volume on since the volume was on Sportscenter and he changed it for us. Again we were the only patrons there at the time, so there was no reason for conflicts. Since UC won by 16 I told him his place was good luck for us and we would be back. The place seemed like a nice place, I had been there once before just to grab a drink with a friend. But they got 4 pool tables, a big bar and some other video games. Their call to fame I guess would be indoor golf. They have (I didn't go up close to look) what I assume to be simulated golf courses hitting into a screen. There were several people showing up with full sets of clubs to play, so if golf is your thing it could be an intersting thing to check out.

As far as b-dubs is concerned I am still two weeks later yet to receive a response from them. My boycott for them might transfer to all their locations since they don't seem too concerned about responding to my complaint. For what it's worth this is the first time I've ever gone out of my way to complain about a business online or by phone or anything. It's not like I just complain to complain. I was completely outraged by what transpired there.

TTC is highly over-rated and overprice. 5 Guys burgers is much better and cheaper.

you (generic "you" not you) wanna watch U of L or KY? Go to freaking Kentucky....don't they have tv's most everwhere now? This is Cincinnati, not KY north.

Arthur's makes a great burger also! One of the most underrated burgers in the city is the Dilly Cafe's (in Mariemont) bourbon burger. Went to Quatmans last night, they never disappoint. Has anyone had the Chuck Norris burger at Flipdaddy's? That was really good also. We have so many good burger options in Cincy, you can't really go wrong.

I went to the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Newport and I asked them to put the game on so they put it on the mega tv... it was pretty awesome.

The site of a Bearcat filled Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlotte hours before kickoff was very cool. Won't forget moments like that anytime soon
