I just want to get that first win at Fresno. I am going to be really nervous until that game ends. THey return a lot and to start the first game across the country with a huge target on our back scares me.

Yeah, I totally agree...but it gives me a good feeling knowing that the same thing could have been said last year, and we went in and laid the wood to Rutgers on the road. I know Fresno is a lot further distance wise and may have more talent than last year's Rutgers team, but I think after training camp our players are going to be so ready to get out there hit someone and avenge that Sugar Bowl loss. My bigger fear is a let down on the road at NC State, with eyes toward Oklahoma. If we can start the season with 4 wins and BJ can keep them focused and hungry, I think that we may be in for another magical season. This offense has the potential to be the best thing we as UC fans have ever seen and possibly one of the best in the nation this year. The defense will again be the question mark and that is why the addition of the incoming players and now having Monte Taylor gives me hope that they may be okay (some size, depth and speed).

Yes sir Mr.5 in the words of Hank Williams Jr..."are you ready for some football?"................Hell yeah! That first kickoff can't come soon enough.

I felt that way last year starting at Rutgers. We came out and showed we were legit and paved the way for a great season. Hope the same happens this year, but yeah I'm nervous too. They did lose their RB, but honestly you can plug a RB in easier than any position in my opinion. If your line can make holes anybody can run through them. With that said, we might have an advantage because we'll have a new scheme on defense this year so their tape on us from last year might not be as good as ours on them.
