Instead of a spread, you are taking the team straight up to win. Since they were the underdog, it paid at 4/1 (same thing as +400).

The $line number is how much you get per $100 bet. So bet $100 to win $400 on +400 (I don't bet nearly that much per game but everything is on that scsle). And if you take a favorite, at say -240, you have to bet $240 to win $100.

At 250-1, Xavier is good value. They are really good, especially on offense. At the very least, I like watching them play. I think at least one of the team's you bet on will make the Sweet 16.

Ha yeah I agree. If these sites operated like offshore sites or sportsbokks with gambling licenses, it wouldn't be much different than player props. But they don't. So I get why states are banning it. I know Nevada banned it, but basically just said they need to play by the same rules.

I said it in the other thread but they lead the country in WTF losses the last 3 years. I mean they completely destroyed Duke AT Cameron last year and didn't even make the tournament. Still like them when they're "on."

I am getting Butler +6 and am really tempted to take it. I think UC will win but I also think this game will be close. If UC covers I think it will be because they will foul Caupain late and he makes his foul shots. Thoughts?

Mick said we need to get above 70 to win, so I'm not sure I'd take the under (or maybe he was using coach talk, never can tell)
