I know people are a bit concerned about Clark but I really think he will be fine. Right now he is deferring to Washington right now. He didn't have to do that with Ellis plus are guards continually miss him when he is posting up. His defense is still there and his offense will come along.

Clark is a very good all around guy. Can be a big time glue guy with big scoring nights sprinkled in.

Like Jacob said we're going to win our share of games. However the losses will all be of the same type when we play good competition unless something seriously changes. Mick has a track record of it...

It's still early. If our guards play well we will be fine. It's as much on them as Mick. TC has to step up.

I like his game but it just appears right now all the players are thinking more then playing at times. It's early and they look like they are still trying to figure it out. Washington is the only one who looks like he is playing with any confidence. Evans even looks tight at times.

I couldn't possibly be more impressed with Washington. He is very athletic for a guy his size. He has good body control.

We're asking guys to play different roles. Moving Troy off the point when JJ comes in; moving Gary off the post at times to create more space in the lane. I think we're seeing them adjusting, but it will take some time.

I see us scoring more on run outs and fast breaks - I like that. I see more passing and weaving - not always, but still more than in the past - I like that also.

JJ, Scott and Cumberland all look very comfortable within the flow of the game. They will all contribute this year - I like that.

KJ was better today, but he has not been good most of the year. Quadri is still Quadri - I don't think we'll get much from him. It's still too early to know what we've got in Brooks. He's looked a little lost, but it's really early to make any judgement.

Overall, I like this team. Washington and Evans are true studs.

Not a great weekend, but I think they'll be better for having played some quality teams this early in the season.

Go Cats!

Agree with everything but Johnson being better today. Just bc we won doesn't mean he was better. He was terrible imo. Doeant help us a lick.

Lots to like about this roster of players. They pass my eye test. Most talented team that Cronin has run out in his era. We've got multiple studs. Loved how we ran more today and didn't back off the pedal with the big lead. I still think this will end up being one of our best defenses. Hard to see how Mick can hold this group back. I predicted the bar getting raised this year and I've seen nothing to change my mind. Should be a fun year. Enjoying watching these guys so much more than past Cronin teams.

Totally agree L-T. If Cronin manages to hold this team back that will be his greatest feat yet! Seriously though, washington has been so refreshing as jake said earlier. Actually one of the most solid big men offensively that ive seen this year in all of the NCAA.
