As a man that manages many people I can say without reservation that attitude absolutely can and will trump talent. It also affects everyone around it both positively and negatively. This is where strong locker room leadership is huge. No way that SK, JJ, and TRub allow that attitude. There is a different feel about this team than a month ago. I'm not sure what happened but this team's body language as a whole is different. There are only a couple guys that seem present each game.

Exactly.

Players seem to have quit since TC got benched. I wish people stop saying Moore is only one on bench with bad body language. Entire team including coaches body language has been bad past few games. You don't give up so easily on guys every year. JD, Lawrence and Moore could all help this team right now.

Agree jeff.Listening to some of the player comments it has been mentioned that at times they think they are better then they are. Thus the consistent effort is lacking. I think it was Ellis who mentioned thatas well as someone else..

Right on Jeff.

Guyn too. Where the hell is he?

That's a pretty asinine statement, he was a starter

What did he do has a starter? As a PG he didn't even set offense up. Guyn didn't average 5pts and 3ast. For a player in his 3rd yr playing good minutes, that's embarrassing. Guyn was emotionless has a person gets.

It's a tired old cliche, but still true: "One bad apple spoils the whole bunch"

I saw him grabbing and talking to players on the bench after he was hurt. Can't say why he isn't there now. What does this have to do with your last spring statement?

He was just going thru motions on court in big games. When you turn ball over or hit big shot and you show no emotion that tells me you don't want to be there.

Anyone else see Quadri in the stands last night? He was in sec 204 I believe...I can't imagine how surreal that would be.

He posted a video the other day of himself "in the lab" (practice gym) throwing down a nasty dunk. These are very good signs. Also the fact that we announced the length of the suspension, unlike Strickland, has to be a good sign too.

I thought it was an indefinite suspension.
