Jason has been kind enough to organize the basketball and football recruiting threads. Sorry this has taken so long but we did not have the necessary athority to make new tabs till the past couple of days. This should make it much easier for you all to see the recruits for 2014 and 2015. Thanks for your patience.

The uncertainty certainly isn't helpful but I think they'll be ok in the long run. It's all about winning. If you win and make runs in the NCAA players will come.

For Basketball you are correct. UC Football recruiting is going to struggle until we have a better idea where UC will be playing in the future. You can win an NCAA title in Basketball coming out of CUSA. You can't in football. You can't get the best players in the country without that AQ status in football.

Football definantly will take the biggest blow.

But I'm not sold on it being a cake walk for basketball either. being part of the best basketball conference brought in recruits. Having madison square garden brought in recruits. Maybe a player here or there doesnt decide to look at UC, and maybe that player is another Kenyon martin or steve logan... One elite player can make a great program, and I think it may have just gotten a little harder to find that one.

Our recruiting will not drop too much in football. People dont go to UC for the Big East. If we win games and make it to good bowl games we will continue to recruit well.

If we go to a weaker conference you can expect complete dominance at the Boise or TCU level because we have just had the two best years of recruiting in our history.

Football and Basketball will go on...

Just because you are not in a Big East conference doesnt mean you cant go to a BCS game fellas.

Bball will be fine if they go to NCAA and have success.
