Help Support BearcatTalk:

Anybody else get the email they are doing the town hall meeting before first bball game to discuss state of Bearcats athletics? Will be very interesting to see how bad tuberville gets blasted in this. I plan on attending.

I got the email but I'm on the fence about attending.

Scoreless in the second half 3 of 5 conference games. Outscored 158-89 in a conference we were supposedly better than. We're an AAC bottom feeder.

It's not just scoreless in the 2nd Half of 3 conf. games NTS. They were either leading or within 4 points in all 3 of those games:

vs. Houston: Halftime 10-10 2nd Half outscored 30-6
vs. USF: trailed 24-20 at half 2nd Half outscored 21-0
vs. UConn: led 9-7 at half 2nd Half outscored 13-0
vs. Temple: trailed 17-13 at half 2nd Half outscored 17-0

That's a combined 81-6 2nd half score in four games that were a combined 58-52 at halftime. Which begs the question: what the hell are they doing in the lockerroom at halftime? Not much apparently. So either our Bearcats are a) the worst conditioned team in all of CFB;
b) the most poorly coached team in all of CFB;
c) simply not talented enough to hang with the likes of UConn and Temple for an entire game, which speaks to recruiting;
d) all of the above...which are all an indictment of coaching.

If you've watched any of these 2nd half dumpster fires and come to any conclusion other that TT should be let go, then please explain to me what you're seeing.

This is hard to read. Oof.

David, I enjoy your posts. Please give us a full report fball, bball and anything else pertinent. Thanx!

I will as always. Obviously mick won't be there, I hope tuberville isn't so people can speak freely. I've been to a few of these over the past couple years. Most were discussions geared toward nippert and the shoe. But there was at least one that was just about the program in general. I actually like Mike bohn in these things cause he speaks openly and honestly. But I can't imagine this discussion won't be much but people voicing their frustrations on tuberville. I also hope they address where we will play next year. I went to a large event at bank of Kentucky center recently and traffic was an absolute nightmare getting out. Everybody basically goes out two separate one lane streets onto the same main road. We literally sat idle, with my car off for 25 minutes on the ramp of the garage. That's just not feasible for handle upwards of 10,000 people.

If you're going to bball game, it's like why not show up a little early. I won't lie, they're not fun or anything. I'm just a geek for the bearcats, so being able to hear things directly out of Mike bohns mouth or Cronin at the one he spoke at is worth it for me. I've never really spoke up at any of them, but I might this time to address the traffic issue at bank of kentucky
