why cant we get up for games that are against inferior opponents? I mean, this is seriously becoming a problem, and it will be a very big problem in the ncaa tourney. I flip to Marquette vs. usf ad Marquette is up 39-16 at half on the road where there is no more than 4,000 there. I am not a fan of buzz Williams, but you can tell his teams always play with energy. usually, we play good defense, but they are shooting 50 percent. they are getting way too many easy buckets, specifically goldsborg or whatever his name is. this team cannot afford to be outhustled with the way our offense is. if the refs are gonna call 5 charges, I want them to call a block when wright drives and avoids the guy, but he still falls down. these guys are falling down before they even get hit. jay bilas did a piece on the charge taking away too much of the offensive player's rights. I think the one on wright and sk should not be charges, especially wrights. Jackson was out of control so it is hard to argue those, but the ncaa does need to give the offensive player more rights. wright beat his guy fair and square but it doesn't matter because a guy can just slide over, and fall down. the defensive player should not be able to do that.
