Yeah, but Ralph gets mad when you criticize Mick's ability to judge a high school players' talent, especially in terms of how it will transfer over to college.

Ralph is the guy who once stated that a coach can't change a player, he can't make a player change his game. In other words, he doesn't think Mick has the ability to develop players, so he HAS criticized him on that.

What you do in high school often has little to do with college. There have been many 35 ppg high schoolers who average less than 6ppg in colllege as there is only one ball. A college team that recruits 5 30 point a game high schoolers is not going to score 150 a game.

That really didn't answer my question. In fact, it had nothing to do with my question. I will ask again and see if I get an answer

How many years has Mick been coaching? How many times has his team gotten to the sweet 16?

First of all when I get back in town I am banning Ralph for a month for hijacking what could have been a good discussion thread. I'd do it now but for some reason my phone won't let me go there to do it. Jason if you have the time?

Guys I believe the bench is going to decide this game. I wish Parker had a few games under his belt and was playing. He would give us more length at the wing defensively and I feel better about him getting 4-6 points off the bench then the others. Guyn and one other guy has to get some points.

Jackson has to score in this game and they have to hit at least 65% from the ft line.

But the most important player in this game to me is Cashmere Wright. He has to play smart defense, be strong with the ball and hit some shots. The Bearcats have to win points in the paint and at least be close in perimeter scoring and Cash is a big part of that equation.

Lastly, don't let Dez Wells or Justin Martin have big games. Make it a game of starters and you have a chance to win.
