Dear UCATS Member,
This is a friendly reminder of several important deadlines that are rapidly approaching this Saturday, April 24th. Please disregard this note if you have already renewed your UCATS pledge and/or Bearcats football season tickets, or submitted a football seat improvement request.

UCATS Pledge Renewal Deadline – If you have not already submitted your pledge to the UCATS office, you must do so by April 24 in order to maintain your same seats for the upcoming season. Pledges/payments may be made online via your DonorNet account at www.UCATS.net, or you may contact at UCATS representative at 1-877-55-UCATS (513-556-4884).
Football Season Ticket Renewal Deadline – If you have not already renewed your football season tickets you must do so by April 24 in order to maintain your same seats for the upcoming season. The Seat Improvement Process will begin immediately following the renewal period for those requesting upgrades or additional seats. Any seats not renewed by April 24th will become available for the Seat Improvement Process. You may renew your season tickets online at www.CATSTIX.com, or you may contact an Athletics Ticket Office representative at 1-877-CATS-TIX (513-556-2287).
Football Seat Improvement Request Deadline – If you are interested in making any changes to your seating arrangement for the upcoming season, you must submit your request online using the Football Seat Improvement Request Form to participate in the Seat Improvement Process. Whether you are requesting a relocation or additional seats, you must have your request on file by April 24th to receive a seat selection appointment with a UCATS representative. Letters will be mailed in early May communicating the date and time of phone appointments to discuss seating alterations.
