What specifically can help the offense?

The problem with our transition game is that it takes more than one or two guys. We need our entire team to bust a$$ after we grab a defensive rebound.

While many may not like this mention, watch a Dayton game and notice how fast the entire team gets down the floor. Rebound ----> Outlet pass to PG ---->one pass to wing in transition ----> bucket!

It takes an entire team to run, not one guy.

Completely agree, but would'nt you agree that type of play better suits are team than a half court offense.

Your right, but it takes practice like anything else. Drill it in their heads to run the floor. Why should yancy run the floor in this offense to get down there and stand on the block while our guards practice half court shots?

If Mick told him run the floor. Your going to throw it down and make top ten, he'd be all for it.

Run and run fast. Push the ball. Lets get lance into the open floor and get him to the basket. Our half court offense is a joke, so lets stay out of it. A deep team filled with athletes should always run. We are not Princeton.

Totally agree. Run,run and run some more. shoot it on the run and rebound the miss and shoot it again. Just make sure it eventually goes in. Cannot afford to have to go to the line. That would be counter productive. But yes, run.
