Now that SK has graduated, who is going to be the guy with the ball at the end of the game. I think it will be Lawrence, if he makes the type of improvement that I expect. He is a match up nightmare, a good passer, and has the ability to break down another 4 to create his own shot. Any thoughts?

I like Lawrence I really do but where are y'all getting that he is next Durant? JJ and Rubles put ball on floor better than him and were better passers.

I didn't realize that if he is the guy to take the last shot means he is the next Durant. Good analysis though. LOL.

I think with next year's team it all depends on matchups. If you want a set shot I think KJ will take it. If you want someone to create it will be Shaq. If it goes to the post I have no idea. Still too much unknown in that area.

I like this question since also embedded in it is asking who's the leader next year (or I'm guilty of reading too much into your question). The Cats had the benefit of having one of the school's all time great players and leaders in SK these last few years. A lot of the younger players deferred, sometimes to a fault, to him. Outside of an experienced transfer or immediate impact juco, I think TC is the next leader who will have the ball in his hands at the end of the game.

You are not reading too much into the question. You are right that the guy to take the last shot could be the leader of the team, but not necessarily so. Lance Stephenson was the guy to take the last shot in his only year here, but he certainly was not the leader of the team. But I think having the ball in TC's hands at the end of the game, and have him make the right play may be how they approach these situations. He has a high basketball IQ, and if he works on his outside shot this summer, he should have more confidence and could be the guy to take the last second shot or penetrate and pitch to an open shooter.

Depends, do we need a two or three? If it is a 3, I want Sanders. If it is a two, I want Shaq or KJ.

Sanders cant create for himself and would have to be wide open do to his slow release. I would like TC with the ball creating for him or kj, but if shaq takes the step next year like i expect he can gets a shot off anytime he wants and could become the go to guy.

You can set up Sanders for an open 3 whether it be off a screen or a TC drive and dish.

Born Ready was most definitely the leader of our team.

You have no clue what you re talking about. Deonte Vaughn was a senior that year. Born Ready was the most talented but not anywhere close to being the leader as a freshman. Nice try.

Vaughn was horrible is senior year. Born Ready was best player and without a doubt the hardest worker on team. When we needed buckets Lance was the man.
