RT @DMcDonaldHoops: 2012 SG Chris Bolden has recently talked to George Mason, Tennessee, Cal, Seton Hall, Cincinnati, Nebraska & BC.
ESPN Evaluation:
Strengths:
Chris is one of those guys who consistently can score the ball. He finds different ways to hurt defenses whether it be from 3 or in the lane. He is an excellent spot up shooter with good range. Improved athletic ability, sneaky athletic. Bolden can finish above the rim with a clear path on the break or along the baseline win he beats his defender with a very underrated first step. He has also looked to add upper body strength.
Weaknesses:
At times Bolden seems to lose his confidence and especially when he become streaky from behind the arc which affects other areas of his game and overall production.
Bottom Line:
Bolden shows a fearless confidence for a young player. His ability to consistently knock down key jump shots and is impressive. He wants the ball in crucial situations and has the savvy to make the high percentage play. He is improving athletically with maturity; he is fundamentally sound on the defensive end and should develop as one of the next good ones to come out off Norcross.
