I'm somewhat jaded by juco rankings ever since Toyloy was top 10; hopefully this is different.

This. At the very least it will be nice to have big bodies in the paint going forward. I certainly expect some growing pains breaking all these bigs in next year.

Anyone know I reason on why he seems to continue to get lest than 20 minutes per game?

Style of play mainly. They go small a lot and try to get a shot off as early in the clock as possible. Not ideal for a back to the basket big...

I was going to say, the scores in their games look like NBA games. He's sure making the most of his minutes though, looking at his stats.

When I see that picture of him, I see Jason Maxiell.

Except DeBerry is 6-10. Imagine how dominant Maxiell would have been at 6-10? Scary.

I'm not implying DeBerry will be as good as Maxiell, but if he's even anything close, this team won't miss a beat next season.

No doubt! I mean just seeing that wing span and hand size is just like J-Max. Add that he is taller, its a good combo for us to have. Its exciting to see the size coming in.

Seems like a kid who could be very good if he can remain motivated. I like that he is good at running the floor, big men should be able to get 6-8 points a night just by running down the middle of the paint on fast breaks and secondary breaks.
