Nice player but I will be surprised if he desn't land in the Big 10 or whatever it's called now.

In the state of Indiana, in the class of 2015, there just isn't a better player than Coleman -- at least not right now. The 6-foot-3 combo guard from Indianapolis (Ind.) Cathedral proved it all weekend while leading his Indiana Elite squad to a championship.

Ranked No. 35 nationally in the class of 2015, Coleman is starting to take his game to the next level. He has gotten bigger, he plays stronger, and he seems to be more comfortable scoring as either an off-the-bounce or a catch-and-shoot guy. For the long term he's transitioning to more of a two guard, and he has the makings of a player who can score with proficiency on the college level.

That definitely isn't lost on high-major programs. According to Coleman, he has offers from Indiana, Purdue, Notre Dame, Cincinnati, Ohio State, Illinois, Clemson and Providence. Michigan and Michigan State are involved, and Coleman said that he's hoping to hit Ann Arbor and East Lansing for June camps/visits.

Scored 28 points and hit 8-11 three point attempts at the Hoophall Classic on the 19th. Lots of heavy hitters besides UC involved including Arizona and Michigan State.

Springfield, MA (Future150) -- One of the top shooting guards in the class of 2015 is Jalen Coleman. Recently he made the move from Cathedral (IN) to La Lumiere (IN), and so far it looks like the right decision. He has become a more complete player this season and elevated his game to become a complete and lethal scorer.
“I feel like what I’ve added to my game has made people back off of me and give me more space to shoot,” he said.
Since arriving at La Lumiere, he has become one of the teams primary scoring options and put on show at the HoopHall Classic a couple of weeks ago, knocking down numerous threes while leading his team to the victory. While Coleman is a fantastic scorer he showed he can run the offense as well.
“I feel like I am able to slow things down or speed things up, I can run the offense if the team needs me to, I try to do what’s best for my team and I take responsibility as a leader,” said Coleman.
Despite being in the heart of the B1G, Coleman said that location won’t be a factor in his decision. Michigan State, Indiana, Purdue, Ohio State, Illinois, and Michigan are all B1G programs that have extended an offer his way already. Arizona, Providence, UCLA, and Cincinnati are the offers he holds from others around the nation.
With such an impressive list of suitors it’s easy to see why Coleman is looking to take his time before making such a crucial decision. He admitted that he’s not sure when he will begin to cut down his recruitment.
Coleman also said he is a big fan of Damian Lillard’s game, and with his size and scoring ability, it is easy to see why Coleman is trying to take things away from the Portland Trailblazer star guard.
It appears that Coleman will only continue to get better and that his best ball is ahead of him. Follow along with Future150 as we continue to keep an eye on one of top scorers in the country.

Like Jeff said above I would be very surprised if he lands outside of the Big 10. UC consistently mentioned though.
