.Don't care what the level of competition is but this kid can finish in traffic against bigger players. When's the last time we had a guard like that? I'd take Broome in a heartbeat.
Dude was the best ball handler I have ever seen. Could weave in and out of traffic, go thru traffic. Plus unbelievable peripheral vision. As LT stated earlier this yr: when NVE played in midnight madness it was so obvious how good he was. Also remember his first game as a Laker- star of the game. How many 30+ foot threes did the guy make in the NBA?? Hopefully Broome can be half the player NVE was.Fascinating to go back and look at the numbers. NVE had 99 assist, 51 turnovers in 34 games in '91-'92. In '92-'93, he had 138-82 in 31 games. The numbers tell the story of how much more of the burden he shouldered that 2nd season without Herb Jones and Anthony Buford as scoring options (and Buf as another ball handler). AD Jackson's injury didn't help either.
but I hardly think with the 6 straight tourney appearances and 20 win seasons he has got bitch slapped.
.
Ernie... He a 2 star though....

And it's been two days, where is the link of all these blue bloods throwing schollys at this kid?
He's narrowed his list down to Creighton and Cincy. Official vists this week to both schools. Why would other schools waste time and resources jumping into the process so late with him?
