Williams better be better than Parker.

Wouldn't set the bar too high. And that's not a knock on Williams. Parker was fantastic here. Between his junior and senior year, he averaged 10.2 ppg, 5.2 boards (as a 6'3" guard), shot 38.8% from three, minimal turnovers, and played great defense. I have high hopes for Williams, but I loved what JaQuon brought here.

I loved Parker's game - but Keith's ceiling looks much higher. Kid really looks promising. 6'-5" and maybe still growing, can score from multiple levels, rebounds well.

I've got high hopes. Glad to see him move up in Rivals latest ranking. Good recognition for him.

I liked Parker too and he was an important player but he was pretty limited offensively. I expect Williams to be able to create for himself more than Parker could.

Parker had one terrible year but he hovered between 15-17 in PER the rest. Was bad at FTs. He would be more of a solid bench player in a perfect world...But not shabby. I hope Williams is better.

I knew he wasn't great at FTs...but didn't know he was at 659% between his junior and senior year. Pretty brutal for a guard. Not quite Doug Gottlieb-territory, but still.

Why are we talking about Parker. Williams doesn't remind me of Parker in the slightest way. He reminds like Jacobs Evans if anyone. Long, skilled, athletic and can shoot.

With Cumberlands body and the ability to take contact I'd say he reminds me of Parker more than anyone, although Cumberland can shoot a lot better.

I got my guys mixed up originally. I meant David Collins (potential recruit) was like Parker. Although considering how many boards Williams gets, he may be scrappy like Parker was.

Keith Williams played 2 games over the weekend-- (game 1) 14 pts 11 rebs. was in foul trouble early. (game 2) 26 pts 13 rebs. 3 assists and 3 blocks... 4 of 5 from 3 pt. range but was only 4 of 11 on FT's. Both games were against quality teams.
