I didnt bring it up, I was just responding to your post claiming that it never happens
Lol. I realize that you didn't bring it up.

And to think people believe if you don't have a 247 page and at least 4 stars by your name we should not even consider the recruit. Pretty ignorant.
Moore can shoot and we have always said we need that. Simple reason like that is why we went out and got this kid early. Love it.
You gotta hand it to the staff, they are able to evaluate talent really quickly and trust their instincts. Now I would like to see them land another top 50 player like Cumberland in this class, preferably a big man to go along with these steals.

New highlight video for Moore. Can't wait to have him on the floor for us.
I like how his videos are all 3 pt shooting. And we know his %, so we know it's not just showing ones he happens to make. Kid can stroke it. I wonder how much he'll play in his first couple years.
it depends on his defense. If he can defend, there's plenty of minutes available for a 6'5" SG/SF who can shot the 3 at a 40%+ clip.
If he can't defend, his minutes will be limited.
Thanks Chad. That's good to hear. I read in one of the AAU write ups that he's an active, relatively high motor player, so that's consistent with what you're saying.
The only people that have watched Trevor more than me this spring and summer are either traveling with the Houston Defenders or on the Cincinnati staff. He has work to do as he moves to the next level, but he is one of the best shooters in the class and is far from a liability on D...

Did Chris Beard try to make a run at him? Or any other Texas school? Or was it too late by this summer since we already had serious interest (I know you predicted his commitment a few months ago)?
How are his ball handling skills? Would he be able to create his shot or is he going to be a catch and shoot?
SFA was really the only other school in the mix. I think a big part of why he was so under the radar is that he didn't play high level AAU ball until this spring because he wanted to play QB in college initially. Once he realized his future was in hoops he got on the shoe circuit in the spring and UC saw him at the first open period in April and made him the priority. They acted quick and got it done before July or else they would be fighting off Big 12 programs that saw him put 28 on New Heights last week...
Moore will transfer to South Kent Prep in Connecticut. Good basketball factory that routinely produces D-I talent.
You ever hear of a guy named Sean Kilpatrick? He did pretty decent here
