Great read. From a couple years ago when Ellis originally committed.

“The campus was good and the players were real cool,” said Ellis. “I fit in with them very well. I also fit in with the style of play that they use. I like up tempo. I'm 6'9” and I can handle the ball like a guard. I like to cause mismatches.”

One thing for sure is Sanders and Shaq will see tons of minutes. Could Mick get funky and play this line up at times?

I think he has a very good chance but he will have to improve physically. That is something he seems to have lots of trouble with. He also has to improve defensively, handles,hit the glass and draw contact not avoid it.

Wow, very interesting. So UC just signs two kids that have previously been kicked off their college team. One just happened to be while at UC. I hope they are worth it. I guess they thought they had no chance with Stewart?

So that's basically 7 "newcomers/freshman" coming in next year, if you don't count Ellis who wasn't here for a full year. This should be interesting.

You have to earn it in this program...I'd be shocked if Cobb started.

Cobb and Ellis will average max 20 mins per game between the two of them. The future is still caupain, johnson and lawrence. Filling out the roster with 2 jucos doesn't change that.
