Really can't see Semi not leaving.
Curious on if Tacko will leave UCF. Hes currently #26 on NBA mock draft
Semi sits at #45. Thats late 2nd round. I think he comes back for sure
Not saying you're wrong with semi, but why would he come back? What could he possibly improve? He is already 22 years old
I'm not sure his game could improve that much tho. That's what I was saying. if he is in the 45 range now and comes back, doubt he is ever going to be top 20His draft stock could improve. Maybe...
When the freshmen this year were seniors all I ever heard was this class was the best class ever. According to Mock Drafts the first 10 NBA picks will be college freshmen. Will this incoming class be able to replicate that in the draft? If not, and he has another monster season he will move into the 30s. He may also be keeping an eye on the underclassmen like Luke Kennard or Grayson Allen on if they enter or not. A lot of things could happen or couldnt happen to help Semi decide

Next year we should be damn good.
We return:
Our top 3 scorers
Our top 2 rebounders
We lose:
Our top assist guy
Our Best on ball defender
We add:
A 23 Ppg scoring, driving, fast PG in cane Broome
A tough minder scoring wing in Keith Williams
A knock down shooter in Trevor Moore
A athletic and very active work in progress big man in Nsoseme
We lose:
19 Ppg
Roughly 6 assists
7 rebounds
The intangibles we lose are:
Our defensive leader and emotional leader
Our fearless PG in crunch time
Potential developments:
Gary into a bigger problem
Cane into a bucket getting machine
The inevitable rise of jarron Cumberland
The reluctant star Jacob Evans turns into aggressive scorer
Kyle finally figures out defense
Before we get too excited about Cane Broome.....His 23 pts. come by way of playing 37.5 min/game...not a good 3-point shooter (31%)
We may pick up the pace, & maybe Troy was slow, but he had a killer assist/to ratio...Broome had substantially more turnovers than (88/115) assists, not a good trait in a PG -
I look forward to seeing him play & would enjoy a faster pace, but let's wait & see what he can do against better competition (of course he will also have a better team around him). He does seem like the slashing, get to the hoop kind of guard we have lacked.
I do think we gain with experience..I look for Cumberland to start becoming a go to kind of guy as well as Evans...Washington will be solid, but like you said, the defense... and the newcomers? Who knows? If even one of them can have a Cumberland type of 1st year, that would be great
Also, I loved Troy and he was great to watch play here for 4 years..but does anyone think that maybe Troy was good at not turning the ball over because he didn't drive or try to create enough?
I think cumberland leads us in scoring. With 30 mins a game could see him getting 16-18 ppgI have no clue who will lead us in scoring next year. Could be any one of 5 players I think. They can all average between 11-15. I'd lean Evans. But if Cumberland just decides to be unstoppable, I could see him having some massive scoring outputs like the South Florida game. Teams in the AAC just flat out can't guard him, especially on a team with lots of other talented players.
Cane told me a couple weeks ago he is incapable of averaging under 15 a game. He was only kind of kidding... lol
Would be really nice if Brooks could take a big step forward next year. Having a true C would be great and I wouldn't be as concerned when Kyle gets in foul trouble or is just struggling.
