Anyone want to make their playoff picks? Heisman predictions?

I'll say
1. Ohio State
2. Alabama
3. Oklahoma State
4. I want to say Florida State here, but they have a really hard schedule. I'm not sure that anyone will make it through the Pac 12 with just 1 loss. Stanford could be a sleeper. I also wouldn't rule out 2 BIG teams making it. I'm going to come back to this for my final pick.

Heisman:
Mason Rudolph is 12/1. I'm huge on Oklahoma State this year. They get Oklahoma, K State, and TCU all at home. @Pitt, @Texas, and @Iowa State (late in the year) seem like their only real trip up spots. I don't think playing @West Va will be very hard for them. Jalen Hurts is also 12/1. I'm way higher on him in general than most I think. I'm not worried about that FR guy getting any meaningful snaps over him. I'd much rather take a guy over 10/1 than any of the favorites like Mayfield, Darnold, or Barrett.

God, please! Anyone but tO$U...

I'm with you. But you just can't pick against Urban Meyer. The last game of the year @Michigan is easily the biggest test. As long as they don't trip up @Iowa or something, they could easily run the table. I'm not a Barrett guy, but adding Kevin Wilson can only help. Last year they just absolutely could not throw the ball down the field. If they open things up a little, Barrett could be in a Heisman finalist just bc he's on an awesome team with good coaches.

Anyone do Fantasy College Football? This will be my second year and we may have a spot in a P5 only league I'm putting together. We have 10 now but may have an 11th, so it'd be nice to get a 12th lined up. You gotta do it on Fantrax and they don't have an app...so it can be done on the phone but it's much easier to manage on a computer or tablet. If interested, let me know. The draft is Wednesday August 23rd. It;s free to enter but I think there will be side bets of some kind going on.

The most A&M game ever. It was the most UCLA game ever for about 2.5 Q. These teams are ridiculous.

I feel like the playoff candidates have already been trimmed to 7

Alabama
Clemson
USC
Washington
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Penn State

Obviously this could change a ton. But Ohio State and Michigan haven't been all that impressive. Stanford is out. Florida State is probably out. Maybe someone like Miami (FL) could sneak in there (if they'd ever play again).

Can't help but wonder if we'll hear about Big 12 expansion again in the coming weeks/months. The way they have it set up right now with the football schedule, I'm not sure how they expect to produce a 0 or 1 loss team regularly. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State both have 1 loss, and still play each other. TCU still plays @Oklahoma, @KState, vs Texas, and even @Iowa State which can be tricky. Then the Big 12 title game? Gonna be tough.
