Looking for a 247 page and I see from for an Andre Gordon who is a 4* dual-threat QB with interest from Notre Dame and tOSU...maybe basketball isn't his top choice? Verbal Commits has a page and lists him as a 2* PG.

This past fall, Gordon broke his wrist in football and missed most of the football season. I heard his football days are over, as he will be concentrating on basketball. I know Mick has been in touch, but that doesn't mean he is pursuing him. So much rests on all players during the summer.

Damn, that's awful. Being a sophomore with ND and tOSU showing interest means big things usually.

Hopefully he can perform on the hardwood then. Maybe even in a Cats uni?

College coaches like Thad Matta has been into see him, so it's not just football.

Baylor's Al Freeman will graduate and transfer, per a source. Immediately eligible for next season. Long line for this one.

Wow. Surprised he'd leave.

@EvanDaniels
Freshman guard Michael Weathers is transferring from Miami-Ohio, he tells Scout. Averaged 16.7 PPG, 4.8 APG & 4.2 RPG last season.

@JonRothstein
South Florida guard Geno Thorpe has officially gotten his release, per a source. Will graduate this spring and be eligible immediately.

interesting. Back to back games against Gonzaga and Seton Hall (the only good teams he played) he scored a total of 2 points. Leaves some questions, could have been doubled all game

Other than that, his stats look great. High 3%. High fT%. His assist/TO could be along the same lines as Broome in terms of being the only guy on the team

Monmouth is good. Averaged 15.5 against them. Not sure about this guy, but just saying that's worth noting.

looking at it more, he only played 9 minutes against Seton Hall, so maybe he was sick or injured then. They were played back to back days
