Not sure what you are talking about but If there was one way to shoot basketball would be a pretty simple game. We have had a lot of players score a lot of points who have “bad” shots and vice versa. I don’t think you know squat about what a player is like until you put him in the game. If you question this, I refer you to Moore, the purest shooter ever recruited by Mick.

LoJo just looks uncomfortable when he's shooting. I dont know what his shot looked like when he shot right handed, but his left handed shot really looks forced.

but his game isn't going to be built around being a shooter. He's going to be a guy that penetrates and a guy that plays elite perimeter defense.

This one hurts. Kind of at a loss for words right now. I think to a certain degree we have become spoiled with winning and making the tournament but at the same time losing early every single year is just becoming numbing and is just not exceptable.

I thought Moore being allowed to keep missing open shots were the nails in this season's coffin. At least when he shoots, get a rebound as you know it is coming.

Moore has been terrible all year. He doesn’t do anything. Can’t shoot, can’t dribble, can’t pass. I don’t know why he played so much. Today. Fredricks is better than him

Mick has to change something up, (you would think). This defense gets killed, if teams can shoot, or after they figure it out. Takes about a half for teams to figure out the holes in it.

We had to play small for a good portion of the second half. Our tiny guards could be right on a shooter and still not make a difference.

For those who’s say Johnson needs to fix his shot to play I would just point to the problem above. He can affect the game in other ways.

This one does not sting like other years which scares me. I’m getting used to it. But this team did play much better than expected so I can’t be too upset. If I treat it as one year it’s fine...and I’ve had my psychologist erase the rest.

I am fed up with people dissing a players offensive skills who has sat on the bench all year. Have you seen his high school films? Did you know he is right handed and shoots left? You don’t have a clue what your talking about.

I really like LoJo as a player. He is ultra athletic and hits the rim with intensity. However, he needs to improve his free throws to be an effective scorer with that style. He is going to get fouled a ton of the next few years. If he goes to the line and shoots 0-2 that might as well be a turnover.

I am confident he will end up having a great career here and probably end up a fan favorite because of his highlight reel ability. In order to do that I personally think he needs to seriously work on his shot in the offseason.

Now, we just got bounced from the tournament because we can’t guard the three or shoot the three consistently. If people want three point shooting guards then we probably need to look for players that can shoot consistently. Form is a critical piece to shooting a high percentage. So is confidence, eye placement, focus, foot work, hands, etc....
