It was either face a 7 seed that had lost 4 in a row due to a depleted squad or face a 7 seed that had lost 8 of 10 because they're not very good.

I'm personally glad we got Tulsa.

Championship Game 3:15
GO BEARCATS!

Hate that the Championship game is Sunday at 3:15 when the bracket is released at 5:30. Essentially means that Championship game means nothing for seeding unless UC/ SMU don't make it.

Here's my (perfect) bracket:

Game 1: East Carolina over Temple
Game 2: Tulane over Tulsa
Game 3: Yukon over South Florida
Game 4: SMU over East Carolina
Game 5: Memphis over Central Florida
Game 6: UC over Tulane
Game 7: Houston over Yukon
Game 8: SMU over Memphis
Game 9: UC over Houston
Championship: UC over SMU

Pretty obvious that I hate Temple and Frank Haith lol.

I would think we would have to be borderline 4 seed if we win the tourney depending on what else happens in other tourneys of course. If we play SMU...the winner of that game should get a top 4 seed IMO. They could have a contingency plan in place to put either team as a 4 seed depending on who wins. Our RPI is #13 and SMU #17.

But they probably won't...lol!

Yeah if it's SMU vs UC they could easily place the winner and loser beforehand. It'd be kinda nuts if 30-4 didn't get us or SMU a 4 seed.

I think the winner should get a 3 and the loser a 4 assuming both of us make the Championship game.

Going to be hard to jump in that 3-4 group. Lot of them play in better leagues with better wins. I hope we get the highest we can but the match up is more important. I'd like to get in the gonzaga pod if we have to play a 1

Yeah, I would love that. And I think these two teams really deserve it but unfortunately it wont happen. So at very least the conference champ deserves a 4.

I dont care 3 through 6 just as long as its an ok match up. I think some of the 6 seeds will be favorites over some of the 3 seeds. 1-25 is really really close this year I think.
