This team is definitely NOT Troy's team. If it is anyone's team, it is Farads at this point. As for as the Troy vs. Jenifer argument is concerned, before today's game, Jenifer is shooting a better percent from the field, better from 3 pt., better from the FT line and has a higher scoring average. The assist, rebound, and turnover averages are pretty close when considering Caupain has played 21 more minutes than Jenifer. Jenifer has had many great passes that his teammates didn't finish that has cost him a lot of assists.
I've never said that Jenifer should be starting right now and the rotations Mick has going are working, so why change at this point. But, Jenifer has held his own very well to this point. The quicker this program gets a true floor general running this offense, the better we'll be. To argue someone elses point, the reason we look more under control with Caupain is that he doesn't posess the passing creativity that Jenifer does, therefore, he doesn't try to make things happen, or just can't pull the trigger. Boring always looks more under control.
