They were down 16 at half in that game and lost by 10?

They were getting dismantle during the first half. They were down by like 18 and then made a massive run over the last 8 minutes to cut the lead to 3 with like 1:30 left. Then a technical foul was called on Ollie which pushed Maryland's lead back to like 7. Then they made free throws and won the game. I've watched a few uconn games this year and over that 8-10 minute stretch, it was the most impressive they have looked. Against a very good Maryland team too.

I mean I'm not praising UConn or anything. They are just a MUCH better team than OSU, IMO.

Well that makes sense. I completely tuned out of that game at half.

Wow didn't know that. Why was it there?
It's part of the Global Sports Classic (the tournament we played featuring Oregon, Iowa State and UNLV). The field took a step back this year...lol...featuring Grand Canyon, Houston, Marshall and Wyoming. The Southern-NC Central and Eastern Illinois- Nebraska (Omaha) games were also featured this afternoon.

UConn's Amida Brimah (broken finger) will miss the next six-to-eight weeks after undergoing surgery on Wednesday, per release.

Up coming big games during the time frame: @Texas, Temple, Memphis, Cincinnati and @Memphis. This could cost them a bid, IMO.

That is a pretty big deal indeed. Good for UC though. :D
