Good Lord! When you see what Michigan State is doing to Cleveland State, it’s hard to believe we’re in the same class
Boston College beat Duke. Duke beat Michigan State. Hard to believe Michigan State is even in the same class as BC.

Providence smashed BC. BC beat Duke. Hard to believe Duke belongs in the same high class as Providence.

We killed UCLA on the road. They handled UK on a neutral. Kentucky doesn't belong on the floor with us.

Wofford won at North Carolina. NC blew out Arkansas. Hard to imagine Arkansas is at the same high level as Wofford.

Ohio beat Western Kentucky. Western Kentucky beat Purdue AND SMU. Guess Ohio is way better Purdue and SMU.

This game is fun. Who knew the transitive property applied so easily in college basketball.

I only see WSU losing games at UC and maybe at SMU. Maybe UCF can muddy the game up enough to give them a chance but if we lose more than 2 games, I don't see us winning the conference. I think it will be very similar to last year and how SMU just steam rolled the conference.

Alright it’s now become ABSOLUTELY imperative that we don’t lose @Temple.

They will be playing for their life though and it has me pretty damn concerned.

I hope they miss every single shot because losing to them is a god damn disaster even though they are capable of beating every one

Temple sucks. They always suck. They aren't good. The only way we lose is if we stoop to their sh*tty level of play. We are better than them across the board.

I’m not underestimating any team with 5 top 100 kenpom wins.

Are we better? Sure. Are they capable of beating us on their home floor? Butler just beat Villanova so it’s possible.

And they have a lot of talent. They just are puzzlingly inconsistent.

I think we win. But if we some how lose, it will be a bad bad day for us.

I feel like Temple was like this last year too. Didn't they kill West Va and beat Florida State too or something? And wasn't everyone all "Oh my God look out for Temple"? And then they showed everyone that they are actually horrible? They may be a tad more talented overall this year, but I don't worry about them. I get anyone can lose on a given night, and especially on the road. But unless someone on their team is out of their mind, or we play rockfight ball, we will handle them.

No doubt. Why does it seem like every team loses before playing us?! Temple is going to be in full desperation mode. I do not like the way that is building for us.

Let's get Memphis out of the way first.

When we play average to above average (for us) we only have to look out for 2-3 teams. Not many teams have a chance to beat us if we play like we did at UCLA and most teams will have a chance when we play like we did against FLA. No sense in pointing this out every other game. This isn't a hot take.

Hope to see us start shooting a bit better heading into the conference play. Cumberland in particular. His 2 PT shot% has fallen quire a bit. Have to wonder if the league has caught up with him. I know it's popular to say, give Broome 30+ minutes a game but Jaron needs to step forward. Our offense is delivering a bunch of open shots that we are not taking advantage of to this point. It's not been bad but we can be better.
