Yeah I saw a billboard off of 71 N advertising that game as a "white out". I thought about going just to see WVU play considering they have a good team this year and I wouldn't think that the tickets would be too terribly expensive...

I checked on Ticketmaster and there is a pair of seats 10 rows back near center court for $22.25 each. I would consider it if I still lived in Cincinnati. Never been to Bank of Kentucky Center, but it looks like a great facility and that's a bargain to see a quality team like WVU play.

Thats not a bad price at all. Definitely worth considering.

did not know @NKUNorse junior guard Anthony Monaco is the nephew of WVU head coach Bob Huggins. NKU hosts WVU Sunday at 6pm.

Mo had the NKU head coach on today. He did say Monaco is Huggs nephew and there is a coach on NKU who is also related, forgive me for not remembering the specifics about that one.

But basically the NKU coach said Huggs is doing them a favor, and Huggs wanted to get back to Cincinnati for a game. Coach said it's been extremely difficult getting home games at NKU.

Bank of Kentucky Center is an impressive facility. Could be fun to go to. Good game tonight between LSU and WVU

Hail Mary for UCF as they win the game....wow ECU with horrible clock management to give them a chance.

That finish was unbelievable! ECU could have tried a manageable field goal but instead opted to get sacked and burn 6 seconds. 65 yards in 10 seconds later...lost by 2.

The bright side is that ESPN was fired up due to an AAC football game

I still have no idea why they ran backwards on 3rd and 4th down...why not just throw the ball on 4th down...even if you just air it out of bounds!!!

Ole Miss isn't very good. I see them as an NIT team if they have a good season.

Bad shooting team that UC let get comfortable early and didn't get out of rhythm until it was far too late. Should be a middle of the pack SEC team on experience and size alone, but they are "good" at best...

Whoa whoa wait what? ESPN aired an AAC game? Oh, wait, it's Thursday night I guess that explains it. Dregs

Yep. Cincinnnati is actually a better offensive team (not by much) than Ole Miss. The middle of the SEC is always confusing to figure out with so many historically mediocre teams like Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Arkansas (though they might be good this year),and now Missouri. I feel like all of those schools have the NIT as their ceiling most years years...and their AD's are okay with it because football reigns supreme. Look at Kentucky's records against them...it is comical.

It always amazes me how no one in the SEC outside of Kentucky, Florida, and maybe Tennessee can figure out how to run a consistent basketball program. I know the fan support isn't nearly as strong as it is for football, but there should be enough money and notoriety for the SEC to be a better basketball conference than it is.

I believe Ole Miss had 5 seniors and 4 juniors, or the reverse, so you had an experienced team playing one learning it's way. Would like to meet them later in the year. My bet would be UC would win.

University of the Sciences (don't ask) beat Drexel 54-52 tonight in Philly. College basketball -- where the unexpected becomes the ordinary.

Umm..... What???
