It's apparent that UC is doing a better job with athletics, considering it's financial resources, than most schools.

Next to lowest revenue of any BCS team besides MS State. I'm actually surprised to see their revenue is so small given that they are in the SEC. As you accurately state, though, these numbers are from 07-08. The 08-09 and 09-10 fiscal years I would expect much higher revenue given the success of the football team and the increased attendance each year at even higher ticket prices. I'm sure basketball revenue is probably about the same or potentially worse, though.

Revenue is only part of the equation though. UC is operating in the red when it comes to athletics. They have gotten better recently and have been able to cut costs. It doesn't matter how much money you bring in if you are still operating in the red, though.
