Block me, kick me off the board, whatever. Idgaf anymore because I'm tired of reading the nonsense from some of the most idiotic people on here.

But what I have to say is, whoever was saying our student section sucks, F*ck you. I saw students in tears at the end of the game walking away. How about instead of bashing our students, you get your sorry ass to the game. Our student section was amazing tonight, filled with energy. Do you honestly expect the student section to be completely packed on both sides for f**cking Western Carolina
and Arkansas Pine-bluff?

Other than that, good game Bearcats, the officiating was terrible. The team will learn from this and we have 10 days until we go and kick Xavier's ass. Go Cats!!!!!

Great post. If you get blocked for this, I pledge to never post again.

Post game presser...haven't watched it yet...any takeaways?

Mick is right about a lot of his stuff, but him calling out all the "geniuses" that want more offense is bush league. He needs to learn to grow up. They lost plenty of times last year when the defense was good. Tonight it wasn't great, but more than that it was the turnovers. Guess which end that occurred on Mick? Yep, the offensive end. More importantly, his "genius" move of getting T'd up that completely changed the momentum of the game wasn't mentioned by him.

Who crys after losing to butler at home in December? Crowd was rocking tonight. The big boys crowds still come out for Morgan state's of world. Let's see if they show up crying crocodile tears at that game

Hell no I didn't report shit. I totally baited and you took the bait and it was awesome and we moved on. And this game will pass, and we will beat eggs and their girls will still be ugly.

Get it? Beat Eggs? BEAT EGGS. DAMMIT. BEAT. EGGS. Like with an EGG BEATER. WHICH IS UC

Mick lost this game. What's difference between losing 51-49 than 77-75

Yeah and so we're now 49-1 last 50 games scoring 60+ and 60-2 scoring 70+? I thought it was just a game that got away from us. Good news is our guys showed a lot of passion tonight...just need to channel it for a full 40 minute game. Tough loss for sure, but we'll be ok.

Plus, the turnovers still seem to happen when we don't score.

You and your circus of performers tried baiting me. Didn't work. I asked why would you want butler bulldog and he's trying to egg beat your uc team. In America being a traitor or spy is the biggest crime you can commit. I'm done with you traitor

I'm drunk and laughing as hard as ever against bulldog. Don't ever change! It's like the CNN comment section created a bearcats spawn

Up 7 with 5min left at home is unacceptable loss. Mick has to learn how trust other players

Agreed. Don't think Mick has done a good job so far this season. Maybe he wants to build up the offense and work on the defense as the season progresses? Both need to be at their best come late February.

Just listened. Yeah, the "geniuses" never said to hope for offense and abandon everything else that makes UC basketball what it is. I agree with everything else he said though...especially talking about the Butler guys initiating the contact and getting the call. There were quite a few of those.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the last play of the game. The play was right in front of me, Once the Butler guy got control of the ball at the top of the key, he started to go right with the dribble and mid-dribble changed his mind and totally palmed/carried the ball back to his left (palming/traveling---no call), then picks up his dribble between the foul line and the 3-pt. arc, and never dribbles again, 3 huge steps all the way to the basket (traveling---no call), and then he drops his right shoulder right into Clarks chest knocking Clark from the left block completely across the lane (offensive foul---no call). Who was 5 feet away with an absolutely perfect view of all 3 things.....the piece of s#/t white ref! Watch the replay. You'll see it all.

Before the game I read that Butler is not deep, wear them down with depth. At the end of the game I saw a gassed Troy and Ellis and Butler players diving on the floor after loose balls and going right UC. Agree with what someone said that UC is 8 deep not 10. Jennifer and Moore will not see many mins in close games.

6 total Deflections in second half. UC had 7 offensive boards by 3 total players in the game. Butler had 7 offensive rebounds at half. Need to be tougher

Poor fundamentals, Clark not boxing his man out on a FT, Shaq leaving the best shooter in the BE wide open.

Lacking Senior leadership

Why are you not saying the exact same thing about Caupain. At the 6:09 mark, Troy makes the front end of 2 free throws to give us a 5 pt. lead. He misses the 2nd. Shortly thereafter he is guarding Dunham and gets faked out of his shoes and Dunham drains the wide open 3. The next time down the court with Dunham with the ball Troy is laying back off of him and someone sets a screen and Troy goes around the back leaving Dunham wide open again and he drills a second 3 giving Butler their first lead in a long time. Shortly thereafter Troy commits another foul trying to block a shot and they hit one. In those two and a half crucial minutes, it was Troy's defense that cost us big. I've seen comments that he was tired, which I wasn't noticing at the game, but if it was apparent on TV, then not giving him a rest might have lost us the game.

I don't have all night to type all the mistakes everyone made. Sorry

Troy was obviously tired even in the first half when he was not taken out until the 5 minute mark

To add, the white ref was the only ref who made those terrible phantom calls etc. He def had something against UC or he just clearly lacks any kind of skill.
