I just got an ad from UC that shows the UT Martin game time on Nov. 11 has been changed from 2pm to 7pm to avoid conflicting with the Bengals vs New York football Giants 1pm game at PBS. Must be that a whole lot of UC fans are Bengal fans and UC complained loudly.

The add says 7pm, at UC website it still shows 2pm, maybe they will play a doubleheader.

The Bengals are on the highway to irrelevancy at an illegal pace. By the time the UT Martin game is here it will be all basketball season and no one will care about the bungals. Good try though Ralphy

LOL at this comment.

I'm as big of a UC bball fan as you'll find and I will still probably go to the Bengals game over the opener and tape the UC basketball game given the level of competition.

And I say that realizing the Bengals suck. I bought UC season tickets so they still get my money. I would rather tailgate and go the 1 of 8 football games than a basketball game against a terrible team. I don't believe Ralph that the game time changed but I would be very happy if that were true.

There is so much wrong with this statement. But since this comes during election time and there are so many woeful statements that I do not agree with, I will respect your decision and pray that there are not too many followers with the same view. Lol

There are many, you are the one in the minority. I am a long time Bengal season ticket holder and complained to UC when the opener was scheduled for 2pm. According to the email ad I got yesterday the time of the opener in now 7pm. Whether the email ad is correct or the UC website that shows 2pm is correct I do not know. The NFL is far and away the sport to watch in America. The Bengals are 1 of 32, the City of Cincinnati is extremely lucky to have them.

Choosing between the Bengals vs New York Football Giants and UC vs Tenn-Martin is a no brainer, WHO DEY!

UC putting the game at 2pm is ending a many game consecutive attendance streak for me.

LOL. At this comment. I guess we will see if your feelings are still that strong after the 6 min. mark in the 3rd quarter. Hopefully Ralphy, at this point in your tenure, you are able to watch the game from a box and not freeze your old butt off. :p

When you are a fan you are with your team win or lose.

I get from your drift you were probably one of the guys calling for Mick to be fired after year one when he went 8-21 or whatever it was and quit going to the games.

You are probably calling for Butch Jones's head for playing Muncie even though Munchie is the best QB on the team and gives them the best chance to win.

True fans know that they were 11-19 that year.

Ralphy, I would expect better from you......(well, not really), making generalizations and appointing me as one of those "guys" which couldn't be further from the truth. I love watching you expose your own ignorance. Your comment here is quite juvenile, come on sir, show your age and stop these rookie comments.

Only reason I am going to even check the score of the Bengals game is to see Eli rack up all kinds of fantasy points against that piss poor pass defense the Bengals have.

Ralph, you are simply wrong again just like in conference realignment. Uc has a proud tradition of winning. The bengals do not. I'd watch uc over bengals any day of the week

I got the same email saying the game was at 7pm. I'm hoping it was a mistake and they meant to put the exhibition game in there instead of the opener. Their website still has it at 2pm. One reason I broke down and got tickets this year is because most of their games didn't interfere with my early schedule.

TLL if the Bengals vs Giants game is on local TV it will get a 50 to 60 rating. The UC vs Tenn-Martin game will get no more than a 3 TV rating.

The Bengals have been to 2 Super Bowls since UC last made it to the NCAA Championship game 50 years ago.

Over 60,000 will attend the Bengals vs Giants game, the UC vs Tenn-Martin game will not draw as many as 5,000, a third to a half of the UC season ticket holders will be at the Bengals game like me.

Uc this year will draw well. Mick has got this program back and roaring. The bengals are floundering.

Plus the weather is getting worse

To be honest I think you'll get more walk-up tickets to a game at 2pm vs. a game at 7pm on a school/work night. I doubt they care about season ticket holders preference. They've bought tickets to the game already regardless if they attend. Fox Sports is carrying the game and I doubt the money would be different for a later time slot.

The post game email I got today has next week's game listed at 2pm. I think the other email listed the UT-Martin game instead of the Bellarmine exhibition game which is at 7pm.

I called the ticket office and its still at 2. I was hoping it changed because then I coulda went.
