It's funny, all boards, no matter the topic, has the same issues. But it's like the war on drugs. It is futile to ban members here and there, the only way to stop trolling on a messageboard if for everyone to ignore the trolls. You ban one, another takes it's place. You ban too many people and you end up having a board where the same 3 people stroke each others egos and agree with everything said. Just my 2 cents.

By the way, I love the recruiting info on this board, best on Al Gore's interweb.

Did anyone else find it funny that cincypaw compared trolls on message boards to the war on drugs?

Going along with this,

I'm tired of watching these BE games on ESPN. More so the halftime reports when they talk about the teams in the BE that are playing well. They give no love to the Cats. They jerk off Seton Hall, but nothing about UC. Makes me mad

Hopefully its keeping the Cats hungry!

Next year you may be watching Big East basketball on the NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus). Should be an interesting TV contract negotiation as ESPN was supposedly the force behind Syracuse and Pitt leaving.

NBC Sports will probably have to start an ESPN3 type internet channel to have all Big East games on TV.

I dont think ESPN hates the BE, as they talk about all the other teams except the Cats.

Hopefully they dont give the Cats any attention and the team plays with a chip on its shoulder all season

NBC sports network is awesome. If the Big East signs a tv deal with them, you can all thank the NHL for establishing the network.

Understand the frustration but I would simply ignore it. To me, the biggest instigator on this site is Ralph/bearcatmick. Yes, he is pro UC, but he picks a fight with the best of them. Done my share with my good friend, no need to mention his name, but it is all in good fun.
