Next Up is Houston.

This is a must win for the bearcats.

Houston maybe better than UCONN and Memphis right now. They are a mostly offensive team who can score from all positions.
This is not the houston team we saw last year as most of the starting lineup last year is now the bench. Chicken Knowles who was one of there better players from last year is now only getting 15 mpg. Team is lead by Soph G Rob Gray Jr who averages 18 ppg and didnt play for houston last year.
Houston will be hungry for a signature win. We can't let them have it

Best wins:
LSU in OT
20 point win @ temple

Worst Loss:
Home loss to Grand Canyon

Keys to the game:
Stop Rob Gray Jr
Score down low ( Houston defends the 3 well but not 2pt shots)
Defense defense defense (we probably can't outscore this team the way we are shooting, so it needs to be all d all the time)

Game is Wednesday @ 7 on ESPNU

Or be like me and go to the game to create a great atmosphere.

Rob Gray Jr is a JUCO who redshirted which is why he still has 3 years of eligibility.

Houston's loss to Grand Canyon was in Vegas.

Hard to get a read on how good they really are because they played the 350th toughest non conference schedule (there are only 351 DI teams).

Looks like good offense team, awful defensively.

Tons of transfers including Johnson from Purdue, Dotson from Oregon, Pollard from Alabama and a bunch of JUCOs.

Seems like a poor mans Iowa State.

Grand Canyon is kinda good too.

We'll make their defense look terrific.

I think we'll be -7.

I liked it better when Jeff had his stance and stuck to it, and didn't flip flop on what his opinions were.

Nts and a couple of others are the reason why I go to this site, but it's gone down hill since BearcatJeff left.

I to miss Jeff's perspective but what makes the site good is the many different opinions. We have a few bad apples but you get that with every site. This site is no different then others in that after a loss there is a melt down. At the end of the day the season will continue and Mick will still be coach and members with very little knowledge or info will second guess. It's why people post here.

I don't know...up until this last game we were 28th in PPP. Our tempo may be slow but we've been pretty effective. This last game won't help...

I appreciate that but Jacob is a good poster. There many bad eggs but he is not one of them.

Yeah. Jacob is a top 5 poster in this site IMO. It's not a site just for cheerleading. This is a low point in the season. What's wrong with acknowledging that? He's telling the truth and really nothing he posts is outlandish at all, even if people disagree with it.

Jacob also does the most behind the scenes work as a mod. He does a lot of the "dirty work" that nobody looks forward to. And he does it well and without bias. He's an asset to the board in more ways than one.
