George Jackson get? He was brought in to teach Yancy how to be a big guy. MC touted him as one of the biggest catches for this staff in years.

Ibra has improved tremendously, IMO. Ibra played so soft when first available, but now has become a very good inside presence.

Yancy appears to be stuck in neutral. Ibra is elevating his game as the season progresses.

With Yancy it seems like a question of internal drive/motivation/attitude... Not sure you can really coach that. You can try and bring out the nasty side of a person, but in the end it's up to the player. The physical talent is obviously there...

Thomas has been pretty good. At the least, far better when he first started. Gates needs some self-motivation to be certain. Interesting though, that when the team made the effort to get the ball inside, he usually did good things with that. Unfortunately, it wasn't something that they did consistently, and he might have gotten bored. Perhaps its more than his fault.
One thing I didn't like, was having other teammates get more rebounds than he. Yancy has the ability to dominate on both sides, at least on the boards. No excuse for that.
