Here's an interesting article from the Enquirer. It seems like Sanders and Thomas are the focus of the comments by Mick.

If University of Cincinnati basketball coach Mick Cronin could pick one Christmas gift he’d like to receive to jump-start the Bearcats’ inconsistent offense in 2014 it would be more assertiveness from some of his players who have been reluctant to shoot.

“I’m sick of taking guys out of the game for not shooting,” Cronin said. “I’ve never had a team where I’ve done that so much. You’ve got to shoot when you’re open.”

He made the same comments during the post game Saturday. I think that he is talking more about Caupain. He needs to shoot more. He is possibly the third best shooter on the team. Shaq drives and loses ball or gets stripped. Sanders has been shooting 3's at a mediocre clip.

The rest of the article singles out Thomas and Sanders, which was the reason for my comment.

For some reason the audio for the Saturday press conference is not working for me. Anyone else?
