Is he only blocked to AAC for this year because Louisville will be in ACC next year or if he waits till the end of this season to transfer can he transfer to a AAC school.

Correct. He is blocked due to interconference transfer rules. After 7/1/2014, he will be able to transfer to an AAC school. I wouldn't be surprised if Memphis took a chance, they take transfers every year.

Missouri as well. I believe their top 4 players are all transfers.

Thanks for clear up. I have read that a couple AAC teams have called on Behanan so we could still get him for next year.

Yeah, he is going to decide next week but I believe he will end up there. Florida State and New Mexico are also involved.
