What makes UNLV appealing at all? The fact that they are the only sports team in town? That's it. Unless they are giving him over $3 million, which would be absurd since they paid Rice $300,000 base salary, this move would make zero sense for Mick.

I think the town of Las Vegas in general is just way more enticing than Cincinnati, the weather is better. And he owns horses so he likes to gamble. Bang any prostitute he wants

Didn't seem to help in out recruit UNC or Duke or NC State but just my opinion. All good and fine to be the cinderella and catch a team by surprise. But to do it at a school with name recognition is a little bit different.

I think you are just upset because if Mick leaves you'll lose your deep ties into the recruiting world.

Been head coach for UNCW for 2 years and was CAA COY both years. Before he was at Louisville as an ace recruiter, before that he was HC at Hargrave Military academy.
