Giveaways always work in Cincinnati, always have and always will. The Reds do it all the time. All you need to sell out the early season games is a promotion like the Reds do, say Chuck Machock bobble head night or something like that.

Only if it comes with a separate referee bobble head that's ejecting him ;)

Excited for the game tonight! It's going to be cold, but I'll definitely just take an Uber or Lyft to drop me off right in front of the arena (cost less than parking). Kind of nervous for this game though. Being 1-1 sounds depressing, so I hope Shaq, Ge and Sanders lead us to a victory tonight. They weren't there last game and I don't expect that to be the norm this year. Also want to see Ellis & DeBerry get 10+ touches from within 5 feet between the two of them

Biggest improvement I want to see this game is throwing the ball into the post. Had many missed opportunities last game. Need to pick it up. No point having bigs if you can't get them the ball. Certainly a stark difference from the last few years.

I completely agree, the passing into the post must be better! Also, our guards need to be more aggressive and look for their shot more.

Waite, I'll be there tonight but might be a little late. I have an eye exam at 6 in Hyde Park. If I don't see you tonight I'll be at Mios before the game Sunday!

I agree about the guards, especially Caupain. I know he has a lot on his plate, but he was 2-2 from the floor and 4-4 from the line I think in the first game. He got one of his baskets on a really nice blow by for a lay up too. I'd like to see 10 FGA+FTA from him tonight.

Great! I'm in sec 104 seat 7 and 8. Bringing my son tonight.

Hoping for Clark to pick up where he left off in the 2nd half last game. Would like to see KJ or Sanders hit a couple 3s. Also would like to see DeBerry and Morman get into the scoring column.

would like to see us get the win, could care less who does well as long as we get the W.

everyone on this page is concerned with stats. does it really matter; if the kids are more worried about there stats then they are winning then they probably arn't going to win.

people are talking about they want to see someone should a certain amount of shots per game, I want to see the best available shot, if someone is open in transition shoot it, don't force anything. When you start thinking about shooting a certain amount of times you start forcing shots. And that's not good

Winning is obviously most important. But players need to play well for that to happen. So what's so wrong with discussing which of those players playing well gives us the best chance to win?

I just want to win each and every night. That's all that matters but I do like to see the players do well.

That said we will see a better offensive effort tonight IMO.

I just think you guys are confused on what's the most important things about winning. quadri moore had 9 points the other day but the man he was guarding scored 11 points on him so is that a good game, techinally that's a -2 in my book. It doesn't matter how many points we score or how we get there. if we have more points than the other team at the end of the day idc who we are playing I'm going to be happy.

This. We're on a forum where basketball discussion occurs. What's the point if we can't discuss what we'd like to see from players? I'd like to see Gary Clark drop 14 tonight, but if he dishes out 9 assists and only scores 4, do you really think I'm going to be upset with him? We're just going over what we'd like to see from players depending on what we believe to be their strengths or things we think they need to work on.
