Low expectations. Maybe a suprise. Tre Scott the key.
So he’s not above Savino and Jackson?
There’s no primary assistant coach?

If tre Scott is the key to success... we are in a world of trouble.
Meaning, we know what Cumberland is the obvious best player on the team. Is Tre Scott even close to a Gary Clark. That was my thought process. If he plays better than average that is a big key.If tre Scott is the key to success... we are in a world of trouble.
I hope we receive details on UC's scrimmage this weekend against Notre Dame. Excited to see the starting lineup. My guess is
Jennifer
Broome
Cumberland
Scott
Brooks
I would assume Logan Johnson will be eating more minutes of Jennifer throughout the season but will still have some of those games where Cronin gets too mad about a freshman mistake that Logan makes and will find the court only 4 or 5 minutes in those certain games. I don't mind Jennifer starting even if Logan is clearly better throughout the year. My as well not ruin all of Jennifer's confidence. He could lose playing time but still be happy he's the starter and that will push him to the best of his abilities versus running all confidence. This is all pending obviously if Logan truly can take Jennifer's minutes.
people have this misconception that Mick never plays freshman. But the reality is, he plays freshman if they are good enough to play:
Freshman year minutes:
SK: 21mpg. 1 starts
Shaq Thomas: 11mpg. 0 starts
Troy: 19.1 mpg. 0 Starts
Gary Clark: 28mpg 34 Starts
Jacob Evans: 25mpg 8 starts
Jarron: 19mpg 0 Starts
Trevor Moore: 12mpg 0 Starts
Keith williams 10mpg. 0 Starts
6 of those 8 freshman played 19mpg or more and yet combined to only 43 starts and 34 of those starts were Gary Clarks.
If you're good enough to play, you will play in Mick's system. The chances of starting are slim, but you can certainly earn starter minutes and crunch time minutes.
