As much as I hate to say it I think KY has to be the favorite to win now.

Louisville was very poor in close games all season. They blew a lead at home against Cincinnati and Memphis, again on the road against Memphis and now today. A very odd thing to see for such a veteran team but they were getting by just blowing out teams. That is why I thought they lost the game in first half when they couldn't pull away. Also didn't help that Mathiang missed a layup that would put them up 9 and instead UK cut it back to 5 late in the second half. UK is finally playing up to their potential.

they killed them on the glass. Ky is huge the guards are 6'6". Smith missed 6 ft.s in first half. Hancock was in foul trouble early. KY seems like they are peaking at right time. Your right they had a chance to pull away but missed foul shots hurt the effort

Good games on Sat/Sun:

Dayton vs Florida
Arizona vs Wisconsin
Kentucky vs Michigan
UConn vs Michigan State
my oldest is a Dayton grad and my two youngest are buckeyes. She has been giving us grief all week.lol. Wisconsin is a sleeper but I think Ky is the team to beat now.

I don't know if UK can beat Florida if they were to matchup in the Final 4. Michigan could get hot from three but I would favor UK in that one..

It's funny how the preseason #1 finds a way to go deeper in the tourney than the #1 in the final rankings. Hasn't happened yet this year, but still a chance.

If you like boxing there is a good fight on HBO right now. Bradley against a Russian first two rounds were a war.

Yep, Tennessee was another team that was ranked in the preseason. Michigan State as well (though they had injuries) and UCLA too. At some point talent just wins out. All of those teams struggled at some point this season but came on strong at the end of the year...

Talent, gaining a year experience, and a the coach getting them to play their best at the right time.
