I think I found a good comparison for Gary Clark. He seems like a similar player to Cleanthony Early who is 6'7'' PF for Wichita but he doesn't really play on the post and is a great athlete. Just threw down a monster dunk on UK.

.

I like it. A little muscle would do clark wonders though. Don't get a lot of Wichita state games but from what I've seen of both players I like the comparison. Hopefully he can stroke it from deep like early is doing right now...

Great game between WSU and UK. Wichita had plenty of chances to extend their leads to 6-8 points but simply couldn't convert of FT's or lobs.

Kentucky vs Louisville is going to be a battle in Indy for a Sweet 16 game.

I am going to that game. I should sell the tickets, as I could probably pay for my first year of college with how high prices are going to be now if I sold them.

If Clark is like Early I would be estatic. Only seen a few videos of Clarks, so I'll wait till next year to judge.

DeAndre Cane is a freaking man. 24 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists (7 turnovers too) including the game winning lay up.

Iowa State vs Connecticut should be a great game at MSG.

So if creightin losses the big least will not have even one team in sweet sixteen?
Hmm I guess the x fans were wrong about how great it still was :)

Wow. I wasn't prepared for the score even from that message! That's u-g-l-y... would take a miracle comeback to even have close to a chance.

Baylor is 10-13 from three. That one is over and I saw it coming (picked Baylor over Creighton).

Memphis is doing what they do best and that is getting blown off the floor by a good defensive team that plays at a slower pace.

Scott Drew has now made the Sweet 16 three of the last five years including 2 Elite 8's. He had a similar rebuilding job like Mick and he's done a very good job. I kind of question how he is landing all this talent though...

I don't think you are alone questioning how he is landing the talent. Isn't there some riff between Drew and Bob Knight? I know that Knight has said that he won't announce any of his games, thought it had to do with recruiting issues when he coached in B12.

Didn't Knight say something a few weeks ago that got him in trouble?

Apparently he isn't well liked in the Big 12 among coaches:

"For example, Drew mailed a flier to recruits that showed a picture of him standing between former Texas Tech coach Bob Knight and former Texas A&M coach Billy Gillispie with a caption that read: "Which of these Big 12 coaches has signed a McDonald's All-American?"

A big, red X was stamped across Knight and another across Gillispie. That tactic, along with other negative recruiting mailers throughout the years, has infuriated some conference coaches.

Drew apologized for the flier, but only after Knight cornered him in a bathroom during Big 12 Conference meetings and told him the coaching profession doesn't operate that way. Drew hasn't surrendered his aggressive approach, a recruiting style that one source familiar with the conference deemed "the most negative recruiting in the country.""
