Haven't really seen them play much this year. They have two big 7 footers but they only play 60% and 36% of minutes.

They also don't force a ton of turnovers so hopefully that helps us out.

We are better than Purdue. I hope we don't get one of the early games though, I'd like to enjoy some basketball before getting super depressed if we get knocked out.

Not sure when they announce times but I would guess UK would get the prime slot and we are in their session, so we would play either before or after.

Watch a lot of Purdue Basketball, Parent's are season ticket holders for football there so I follow them pretty closely, what do you all want to know?

We should have a good showing fan wise in UL, also we won a huge game there last year so for our returning guys they have played and succeeded in the gym before. Mick said he is familiar with a lot of their players as i believe john octeus, AJ hammons, and vince edwards all visited here (im positive we recruited them at least). I like our chances in this one

Yes to Both IMO. They have 2 very capable bigs in Hammons and Hass, going to need to stay out of foul trouble. Ray Davis, John Octeus are pretty good at getting to the rim, and are often who they go to with the shot clock running down. Two shooters on the team Kendall Stephens and Dakota Mathias, both have been very streaky, but if they get hot can bang in a bunch of threes. Vince Edwards is a solid freshman, Reminds me of Gary Clark in a sense that he does pretty much everything well and I don't think he realizes how good he can be. Troy needs to go at Octeus and get him in foul trouble, their backup guards just aren't very good IMO. I think we take it in a low low scoring game, they are pretty good defensively as well, Ray Davis was B10 Defensive player of the year and Hammons is a great shot blocker. Pretty good matchup and should make for a great game.

Not as easy of a matchup as you would think. I watch Purdue a lot. Have to stop Hammonds, he is their offense. After that Octeus is streaky and the kid from Middletown was hot early but disappeared some in league plat

Well I don't think that's quite right....hint of sarcasm my friend? I think we take this one but it will be a close game.
