Watch a lot of Purdue Basketball, Parent's are season ticket holders for football there so I follow them pretty closely, what do you all want to know?

It's a toss up which any 8-9 game is. If UC plays their game, they win. They play sloppy, Purdue more than capable.

Vince Edwards from Middletown, OH is averaging 8 points a game as a freshman. Didn't we recruit him?!

Vince played great early in the year but has slowed down a lot to end the season. Will be a very good player for them going forward.

Was looking at one of their message boards (hammerandrails). They were obsessed with KY, & big 10 teams - very little talk about UC other than to dismiss us as "meh".
Number of comments as to how statistically similar we are, but of course" THEY Play in the BIG.

UC is one of 11 programs with an active streak of making five straight NCAA appearances. Regardless of what some may say this is a big deal, especially in light of this being viewed as a rebuilding year. To say you're 1 of 11 teams to go to 5 straight NCAA tournaments is a nice recruiting tool. Now let's win at least one game!!

Yeah thats pretty sweet. Especially since we were considered a bubble team after the xavier loss. I really want this win just so our team has more experience in the tourney for next year.

Purdue will try to make this a low possession game. The last thing they want is to allow UC to push the tempo and get easy buckets. If UC can get out and push the tempo early and often, I think we win. If Purdue slows the game into a half court grind, it will be a toss up, going down to the last possession.

Stumbled upon this. Nothing Earth shattering but figured I'd share. Haven't heard one analyst pick us and this guy doesn't either, but... I'm on vacation this week and bored. Good news is I can make the trip to Louisville to root on the boys. Hope Manhattan wins in Dayton tomorrow because they will play UK if they do. Will be good to see Jermaine Lawrence again and give him a cheer. Sure the team would love to see him too.
