I don't understand why you are so live by die by Mick. A lot of our losses especially last night fall squarely on the players shoulders. I think you should hold a little more accountability of the players for the ugliness that they show on the court. The players lost last nights game in the final 3-4 minutes with their poor bball choices.

It's not street ball. Somebody's got to COACH them to use their bball IQ. If the players aren't listening, substitute ones who will. There has to be a winning combination of players in that group. Each player has his strengths. It cohesion that is lacking.
It's just like the classroom: the professor teaches the subject, but only some get A's or B's. The rest don't fare well, and some actually flunk.
