From NBAdraft.net:

Sean Kilpatrick -- Impressed scouts once again with his rugged style of play. He has a strong body and he's extremely physical and has good ball skills and solid decision making. In the night cap he went for 24 points on 10-20 shooting. He capped that off by recording 8 assists. Ray McCallum was the top point guard in camp and Kilpatrick was clearly the best SG in attendance. Scouts compared him to Jodie Meeks and mentioned that they liked the fact that from a distance he doesn't get huge lift on his shot but has a concise, quick release.

Was just about to post this... really great to see SK impressing at a high level camp... he's poised for a breakout season...

Speaks well of his prospects for the coming season. I love the confidence he will gain from this experience.

The expectations being put on this backcourt coming into the season are very high... but they appear poised to shoulder them and then some... if Cash stays healthy, we could end up looking back after it's all over and saying this was one of the best all around backcourts at Cincinnati for a single season in a very long time. When is the last time there was a group of three guys more dynamic/versatile than the trio of Cash/SK/Parker? Certainly we've had more talented groups (Satterfield/Johnson/Logan) but where does everyone think this group will rate when it's all said and done?

Sattefield/Johnson/Logan were nasty. I'm not sure SK / Cash / Parker can get there...and I do think there's a big drop off from Parker to any of Satterfield/Johnson/Logan. Now...Van Exel / Buford...maybe we could get there or better.

one thing id say that is different however is that satterfield/johnson/logan did not carry the team the way that this backcourt will this year. the 2013 backcourt will be much more important to the team than the 2000 backcourt was.

Agreed, no Kenyon to anchor the front line. With that said Parker's contributions cannot be measured on the stat sheet... the guy does whatever is asked of him whether that is play out of position, do the dirty work on the boards, etc...

SK is going to be a stud this year. One of my favorite Bearcats of all time. He represents the University really well.
