GT-65 UC-54 I am not sold on our offense and GT plays some really good D. I also think they will be crisp as usual on offense breaking our d down. They have had basically a week to prepare for us and they will want to spank us for all the spankings we have done to them.

Georgetown has won 6 in a row including a win at ND. This is going to be a tough one. I think we'll be in the 50s again, or lower 60s, which means it will likely be close.

That being said, I'm going to pick against Bearcat Mick here and say that the Bearcats win this one.

G'town is 241st in the country in rebounding. I like that and I'm sure one of Mick's goals, as per usual, is to destroy them on the boards.

we always play well against Georgetown, especially late. beat them twice the past 2 years. I like the cats to come out with confidence after a good performance against DePaul. this will be similar to the Marquette game, just not as high scoring. I think uc gets a huge win

In what world is UC clicking on all cylinders? I understand we won on Tuesday, but it was by no means a blowout. Our offense still needs work still doesn't look anywhere close to "clicking on all cylinders." Our defense seems to finally be clicking, but that is it.

If the bigs can stand their ground in the paint defensively, we stand a good chance of victory. They need a combined total of more than 0 rebounds and 0 points like they usually wind up with. Blocks are nice, but let's see them do some boxing out, shutting down the middle lane and NOT fouling. I'm hoping for the best from us.

Mick seems to have a pretty good grasp of what JT3 tries to do. I feel pretty confident about a win in this game, but they will need to do more than shoot 3's and I don't think it'll be easy. In my opinion whoever gets to the line and hits foul shots and has the least turnovers will win the game. UC will need someone else besides JP, Cash and Kilpatrick to score. Rubles, Cheikh or somebody has to help.

Uc can't just settle for 3's, which is what G'Town is going to try and do with their length. However is we can knock down a couple early it may open up the middle a bit more. I like our rebounding against G'Town. I am going with a 56-51 UC win.

I agree that Tuesday's win over 'Nova was much better, you need to play that way for at least two games to be "clicking"

I am worried about the amount of time GT has had to prepare for us. Overall, it doesn't take a knowledgeable person to figure out how to stop us. Pair that up with a really good scout team for GT does not bode well for us. GT plays extremely good defense and I don't see us getting inside that much. If we aren't making jumpers we could be in trouble. I just hope we push the fast break and drive to the basket because I don't think we will get many good looks in the half court set against them.

How do you know they have a really good scout team?
