I won't be that heartbroken about this loss as long as UC makes the tourney. If the cats miss the tourney b/c of a 60 footer it'll be a sad day.

You can thank ville and smu for uc making the play in games this year.

But ask yourself this, is this enough for you? For me, no.

I was just thinking this same thing.

Another that happened today is UConn's RPI went into the top 50 giving UC two more quality wins.

Not sure if KMart was confirmed there but this loss also cut short his time with the team.

Also funny that Kevin Johnson, who has been known in the past for going into freak out mode, is as nails as anyone on the team. He's had several big shots in his career. He had 2 FT @Houston to seal a game as a FR, basically won the USF game at home last year with a string of 2nd half 3s, hit the 3 vs Purdue last year that started the crazy comeback, and had a 3OT shot today that should've been an all-time "onions". Sucks we didn't pull this one out, but our guys have a new perspective that many players NEVER experience...a 4OT BYOG (bring your own guts) slugfest.

I'd be pretty content if they got rid of the whole "first four concept", but as we all know, money trumps all when it comes to the NCAA.

The use of RPI is pretty much a joke, but it'll probably help UC this year.

I was saying that after the game how badly I felt for KJ. He should've been the hero instead some jerkoff from UCONN banks in a 62 footer.
