Yeah, I'm pretty sure they were both at minimum top 100 recruits. Biggie may have been top 50. Both highly touted that just couldn't put it together.

But they were ranked based on size not production. The hope was for them to turn into capable players which they didn't. I feel they were projects. You can add Gaines to the list as well
