Besides gates Micks five man has always been tall and skinny, better for up-tempo transition offense

True. I did read that he runs the floor well and compares to Bosh too. But even Ellis was skinny at 225, and he was also 22 years old and had spent time in our program. I'd think Izundu would need to have DeBerry or Ellis out there with him for most of his minutes in his first year, but idk.

If Izundu does come here I see him maybe getting 7 mins a game tops freshman year.

He isn't a one and done player. I think he would realize that he can slide right into the starting role as a sophomore. There is nothing wrong with that. Look at Caupain.

There's three people ahead of him on the depth chart at the four and five spot no way

We saw Ellis and DeBerry plays a lot of minutes on the floor together and I can see Izundu doing the same thing. Depth is never a bad thing and if he can handle playing 15-20 mins a game his freshman and then start his sophomore year than he's a good fit.

Would we ever go with a huge lineup and play Clark with 2 of Ellis, DeBerry and Izundu? That'd be a way for Izundu to get more minutes, and I'm sure if Lawrence was still here this year we would've tried that at times.

Scott can also slide down to 3. Dont forget about him he's one of the most underrated players in Georgia right now. Shaq go have to bring it this year. Clark, Evans, Scott all could start over him if he's not ready to play like a big boy. We're going to be deep next year, can't waste time and games on unproductive players.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to have two centers on the floor at one time

Izundu said he will be deciding a school by May 15 the school is he named it was

UC
Tennessee
Charlotte
Miami
Uconn

Uconn got a commitment today so they are probably out of the race and I don't think I would give Charlotte much of a chance either.

If he came today glad weather was perfect. Weather is a big draw recruiting.

He's one of the few recruits that doesn't have an active Twitter handle so it's tough to see what this kid is really thinking
